The property is in a perfect location. The staff are helpful and kind. Alessandro, Lela (Lila?sp?), and Franscesco for the breakfast and dining staff were beyond amazing and friendly. The breakkfast options are great, witha wide-range to choose from, and the new bistro options are delicious. (I highly recommend the gnudi, rich but delightful.) The housekeeping staff are efficient and the hotel has a taxi service they work with for quick service to the train station or airport. Overall, the stay was phenomenal, and we would definitely stay again.
