For being so close to the train station it was very difficult to find for non Italian speaking visitors from other countries. Perhaps a visual walking map from the train station to the hotel would have been helpful.

Beautiful hotel near S.M. Novella Train Station
This was a great option for us during our 2 night stay since it was about a 6 minute walk to the train station. We were in room 314, we booked a standard double room (it seemed more like a Q bed). The room was perfect, modern, clean, and the bathroom was perfect (walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet). Breakfast was included, which offered a wide selection and was delicious. We did not try the hotel bar, nor the spa. The pool area appeared lovely, but the weather was cool while visiting. We arrived prior to check in time, however our room was ready thus we didn't need to take advantage of the complimentary luggage storage with the front desk. There was a mini bar in the room, which was not complimentary. The windows in the bathroom and room also open for some fresh air. The area surrounding the hotel and train station is not the best, but just be aware when walking when dark. We never had any issues, but just as a precaution. There is also a metro rail stop right outside the hotel if using during your time in the city. Check out was quick, and only needed to pay the nightly city tax. We would consider staying at this property again if visiting Florence.

No laundry in the facility but it states on expedia web search that there is laundry. I want to do my laundry and dont want the hotel to do it for you (at a specific time and there is service charge for it) or have to go outside and do laundry. Be careful when booking hotel that states that there is laundry. It can be very misleading. If i have known, i would never book any hotel with no laundry in the hotel.

2nd time staying here. Beautiful. Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to train station and points of interest. Right next to train stop and i never heard them. Definately would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel! The only issue was there are trolley rail tracks running directly in front of hotel, making it impossible to drop off luggage from our rental car. There was no way to drive and pull up directly in front of the hotel.
