"Great experience"
The Holiday Inn gave me a great experience. I was contemplating between staying downtown or around the Yorkdale area to make it close for shopping trips, and they made the stay great. The front desk staff was extremely clear and friendly when explaining policies and procedures.

"Excellent hotel close to everything in Toronto."
A well located hotel in downtown Toronto. We used the valet parking which was excellent. Good sized swimming pool. Shops located underneath. Only downside was lots of road works at present as they are improving the subway system, but the hotel itself and staff were top drawer.

"Perfect location just a short walk from Yonge St."
I always stay here when I am in Toronto. Very we'll proceed and easy walk to everything, especially Ryerson University and subway. The restaurant does a Mac and Cheese that is out of this world; perfect comfort food treat to order from room service on a rainy afternoon or evening. Parking is easy and fast. Be prepared for a short 6 - step flight of stairs from the underground garage to the basement level elevators. Nice pool (a little small) and whirlpool to help relax after a busy business or fun in the city day. Staff always very helpful. I used to try other newer hotels every now and then but always came back to this one, so I don't even bother looking elsewhere anymore.

"Great hotel."
I booked the hotel because of its proximity to Rogers Center. The staff was very friendly and the room had just been renovated. It was a really good experience.

"Great hotel, staff, value for downtown"
Stayed April 13-14/14. Great location downtown, a block or two away from CN Tower & Ripley's Aquarium. Staff was very friendly and accommodating at the front desk. Valet Drivers on the Sunday afternoon and Monday morning were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well stocked for what you would normally expect in a hotel room. Full size fridge, dishwasher, stove too, coffee maker & toaster as well as most dishes needed were in room. It was handy when traveling with 2 small children. I have no complaints whatsoever except that only valet parking is available in the hotel and I didn't like bothering the hotel staff when I needed to get something from the car (because I have children that needed 'that toy, and I don't travel lightly to begin with ;)). Otherwise it may not have been a big deal. The staff assured me it was their job and were very friendly at accompanying me to do my couple trips to the car. All in all an excellent experience with the hotel and the staff are what contributes most to that. Well done. If we are traveling the the same area, I would definitely stay again.
