Renaissance Toronto Downtown Hotel

One Blue Jays Way, Toronto - Map
"I have only good things to say about this hotel."
On arrival we asked for a room on a higher floor and were accommodated with no discussion. The floor and room had recently been renovated and was wonderfully new and clean. We thought the coffee pot was broken and the staff were there immediately to show us how to work it! Great experience. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square

75 Bremner Blvd, Toronto - Map
"Great hotel great location"
This is the second summer we stayed at Le Germain Maple Leaf Square mostly because it is so clean and the location is excellent if one is going to catch a Blue Jays game or concert. There are other downtown hotels that are cheaper but it is worth the extra cost to be walking distant from almost everything in Toronto including the new Aquarium Highly recommend this hotel.

"Downtown perfect"
Great time had by both of us. Really enjoyed it. Quite upset that I have to write something in here or it won't accept my review. I will not be doing this again.

"Great hotel in a prime location!!"
Stayed over one night to enjoy the shopping and sights nearby - although there is a lot of construction going on it didn't dampen our experience at all - early check in - amazing food poolside - friendly staff!!

    Beach Hotel Guide in Toronto

A day at the beach with the iconic CN Tower in the background? Oh yes, beaches in Toronto give you a playful juxtaposition of sand and skyscrapers. After a day amongst the busy city streets and speeding multi-coloured taxis, some waves and sunshine are just the things to mix it up. Woodbine is the city’s most popular beach, as it’s a great spot for a round of volleyball. Bluffer’s Point, bounding in by the famous Scarborough Bluff’s on the northside, is a must for a good walk to go along with some swimming. If you’re bringing Fido in tow, Cherry Beach (also called “Clarke Beach”) has an open area for leash-free fun. For something on the tranquil side, Balmy Beach is one of the quieter of the beaches, which makes it a perfect spot for a few hours of serene tanning. If tan lines aren’t for you, Hanlan’s Point is the favourite clothing-optional spot in town.
