Pleasant hotel - Nice setting. Well, now I've been "required" - twice - to "add a bit more" to my review, which survey requirement makes me a little less pleased with the hotel. Take what you are given ... without complaint!

"Nice room. Very clean."
Good experience. Very modern, clean room. A little tricky to navigate around due to construction (stayed October 2014).

Imagine it: After a day darting between the busy city streets and speeding multi-coloured taxis, it’s time to chill out amidst the waves and sunshine at the seashore. Woodbine is the city’s most popular beach, as it’s a great spot for a round of volleyball. Bluffer’s Point, located beneath the famous Scarborough Bluffs on the north side, is a must for a good walk along with some swimming. If you’re bringing Fido, Cherry Beach (also called Clarke Beach) has an open area for leash-free fun. For something on the tranquil side, Balmy Beach is one of the quieter beaches, which makes it a perfect spot for a few hours of serene tanning. If tan lines aren’t for you, Hanlan’s Point is the favourite clothing-optional spot in town.
