"Amazing stay, parking is very easy to find and the staff are all very nice and friendly. The rooftop pool is amazing as well. The view from the room i stayed in had a great view of downtown Toronto with cn tower and water. Fitness centre has all the equipment you will need. Room service was great too. Would def stay again. "

"The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel had a nice hot breakfast buffet and is located near many attractions in the downtown area. Only drawback is rooms are a little outdated and out of two rooms we stayed in one mattress was not comfortable and lumpy. We did see new mattress in the hall as we were checking out so hopefully refurbishment is happening. "

"The overall stay was good. However we had house keeping bother us when asked not to, we had a late phone call wake us up for no reason. Also when asked about the pool and hot tub hours there was no mention that the hot tub was not working. We only found out it was closed when we went up afterwards. Disappointed about that since we had long days and lots of walking. Food was pleasant even given the mid to higher prices; As to be expected in a big city tho. "
