The ventilation was terrible - we had smells (food, cigarettes) coming in through the vents, and couldn't open the window when we cooked so all our clothes ended up stinking. The location and facilities were good though - good gym and laundry room was free. "The hotel is very central, 2-3 minutes walk to CF Rideau Centre. It is at walking distance from the Parliament Hill. Tons of food and shopping options. The front desk staff were friendly. Good room service. The large pool was a plus. We'll definitely prefer to stay here again when visiting Ottawa. "

"The property is at a great location, lots of good restaurants, grocery stores, parks and shopping. There is lots of public parking, car rental as well as city transit near by. The only problem was the noise from the railway lines that are behind the property. If you’re a light sleeper then you must bring ear buds."
