I loved staying here. I love the fact that you can use your phone to not only check in but unlock the door! If you hsve any questions you can ask reception or use the chat on the sonder app! They are very friendly and helpful!

Great location for dining, easy parking in the building, and easy access to the highway for getting around. Not the cleanest (smelled terribly like shrimp when we arrived and it lingered the whole time) but the room had everything we needed. You can also hear your neighbours but if you're there just to sleep you should be alright. Reception staff and online staff were extremely helpful. Overalll, good place to stay if you're using it to check out Ottawa and the greater area, just be wary if you plan to stay all day there.
