Great location from the saddledom, was surprised as the outside looks dated but the inside of the lobby and rooms are beautiful. I thought the 19.00 charge for the valet was steep as we tipped him quite abit before we had our bill. But we will stay here again but park our own vehicle..

the suite was lovely, nice view, balcony, wonderful bathroom and amenties. Westin staff was exceptional, including the security guard and housekeeping staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

J'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner dans de nombreux hôtels de Calgary de même standing ces derniers mois, et pour l'instant, le Hyatt est celui que je qualifierais de meilleur. La qualité du service est clairement un cran au dessus et tout l'agencement est fait dans le style nord américain, mais avec goût (et pas seulement fonctionnel). J'aime particulièrement les piscines et salles de sport avec la lumière naturelle, et c'est le cas au Hyatt. Mention spéciale pour le Spa, particulièrement agréable.

We checked in and the staff were friendly the concierge bellman were awesome especially Liam. We went to our room and there was a water leak in our room so we moved into a upgraded suite with balcony no extra charge and it was amazing. We would defiantly stay here the next time we are in Banff national park. All the staff in this hotel are so welcoming and friendly.

i had a nice stay, the room was nice and clean. the bed was really comfortable 10mins walk to the town which is not bad. a little bar beside it, nice place

Great location, underground parking included (for vehciles under 6' 1" - outdoor parking available for larger vehicles).

Excellent hotel in downtown Edmonton close to business, malls, movies and shopping. Great new restaurant and rooftop pool. Room was clean. bed great with a large flat screen TV - and smooth WI-FI. Recommended

Our stay was here was very enjoyable, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only issue is you have to pay for local phone calls and parking, other wise it's a great stay.
