"My new favourite hotel in Banff!!! Booked last minute and arrived at around midnight, front desk staff was super kind and friendly. Our room was very big, quiet, and clean, we could see the spectacular northern lights from our balcony all night. They are very eco-friendly and even gave us freshly ground coffee in a jar. We couldn’t ask for more, I’d rate our stay 12 out of 10 and mom loved this hotel so much. I was so glad that they had a great room available and it was just perfect to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff at the Sandman were absolutely amazing. The morning of my departure I had an emergency situation that their front staff and the manager Chase were of great assistance and support. They go over and above to accommodate guests and make their stay comfortable. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! Right from the moment we walked into the reception to check-out, everyone was helpful, smiling and cautious. The swimming pool and hot tub is something y'all need to definetly checkout. The Inn is situated along the beautiful mountain scenery and bike & walk trails are the best so far. Going out for evening walks with my family was also an absolute pleasure - remember to take pictures too! Only downside is the Wifi had weak signals and TVs did not have option to switch to Netflix, Disney or Amazon Prime Videos. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
