We enjoyed our stay at your property. We were in the 3rd building which was great because it was very hot in the main building. That is one reason we did not eat there because the dining is too close to the pool and it was very warm in that entire area.

The pool was great. The balcony was nice. The fridge was small, and it was annoying to have to share a communal microwave. The shower turned off a few times for no reason. And the internet was out for most of our stay. Still, it generally served our needs.

I liked having balkony. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was very small and dated. Toalet bowl was unusually low and weird. Carpet in hallway and room has some stains.

I had a three-night stay at this property. Upon check-in, I was informed about ongoing internet connectivity issues, with assurances that the problem would be resolved promptly. However, the issue persisted throughout my stay and was not rectified even by the time of my departure on the fourth day. This experience led me to question the authenticity of their claims regarding the availability of Wi-Fi services. Furthermore, when I sought compensation for the inconvenience caused, the response from the front desk staff was less than courteous. I would advise potential visitors to consider other accommodations if available

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in July. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. We stayed in the older woodland rooms which we were okay but in need of upgrades including addition of electrical outlets to accommodate our breathing machines. Breakfast and server at Walter’s was great.
