Municipality of Jasper Vacation Packages

The property turned out to be a convenient location for our trip, so that was helpful. Our group had 6 rooms booked. Our room was fine but as with the rest of the hotel, is in need of upgrading. The pillows in our room were terrible and the bed mattresses were well past their prime. The price was good so you get what you pay for. We didn’t spend much time in our room anyway, so overall, it was fine for our needs. The room “seemed” generally pretty clean but we did find a dried up booger stuck to one of the walls, in the separate toilet room, that some jerk customer had intentionally put there. Gross. I feel bad for cleaning staff that have to clean up after these losers that think they’re funny. The reception staff were friendly. The free breakfast was a nice treat compared to what you normally get in hotels that offer “free” breakfast. The meal was cooked to order, the coffee was hot and the service was excellent. I’m undecided if I would stay there again but it was OK for the price.

Large spacious suites..beds were comfy. Pretty good breakfast. If ever in Grande Prairie again..will positively stay again.

We had no internet for the first 4 days and only got it after changing rooms,

The lady, time staff at front desk was excellent! We chatted with her, she gave us great advice and even showed us pictures of her animals.

It was ok. Room could use some updating. Carpets were quite worn. Bed was comfortable. Should have had at least a few things in the room ie wine glasses, cork screw. We wanted some place where we could all get together and visit as a family and it served its purpose.
