"Felt like a beautiful escape from day-to-day life."
Had only two (2) issues. One was the drain in the bathtub, and the other was with an air conditioner. Our room had a noisy air conditioner (or heater?) that came on, regularly, throughout the night. I'm a heavy sleeper so I only (consciously) noticed it maybe once during the night. Unfortunately my husband does not sleep as deep as I do, so it's clicking on and off all night long, resulted in a restless sleep for him. He was quite tired the next morning. The drain in the bath tub did not work very well (didn't drain quickly). While taking a shower, the bath tub filled with enough water to cover my feet. Drained completely only after the shower was finished. It's not a comfortable feeling knowing you are standing in water that is still trying to escape down the drain.

    "Excellent hotel!"
The staff at the desk was very welcoming and informative. Our room was amazingly clean and beds very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet with the only noise being a couple of loud people in the night - we slept with the patio door open as we like the fresh air. The toiletries were simply awesome. So much so that I went on the website to see if I could buy some. The shampoo and conditioner were the best I have ever had! The morning complimentary buffet was very nice with fresh fruit, muffins, croissant, fresh waffles, scrambled eggs and ham and juices. Best of all the coffee was terrific. The young man running the buffet was very polite. All in all a great place to stay. Only thing missing is a jacuzzi! Would recommend it highly!
