"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. We also asked for a blow dryer, because we assumed the room would be equipped with one, but now I...

"The property itself is very nice and the rooms are great, unfortunately, yet another city where the government lets homeless people run rampant in their tourist or downtown area. There are things that kids should not be exposed to"

"This was a nice property around Banff, spacious condos, great for our family and pet stay. "

"Everything was excellent however unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was not cleaned before we got there. We could see traces of human …… in the Jacuzzi, therefore paid to get upgraded into the Hollywood suite. Hollywood suites in my opinion was a five star rating"
