"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "

"Secrets Moxché is our go-to resort in Playa, as this was our 2nd time here. The staff, location, food and vibe are exceptional. This is a luxury resort that smothers you with beautiful decor, service and food. if you strive for a non-stop party resort then this isn't for you. Another thing to note, is they are not friendly to smokers or vapers, so if you smoke/vape be prepared to sign a contract at checkin and smoke in an unshaded bench on the other side of the property. "The staff here is amazing!!!! Big shout out out to bartenders Francisco. Such a great guy! While I have no major complaints, I didn’t like how all the restaurants required pants. Not even dress shorts were allowed and no speakers by the pool. I understand they were respecting everyone taste in music but consider we were at a adult resort, I thought they would be more flexible . The beach was amazing on the days it was clean but not the resorts fault. Would definitely recommend "

Non vacation club members (like us) were left feeling like the value of our dollar was less. The sales pitch upon arrival watered down our arrival experience."

"Kevin was a responsive host and helped us with the booking of a good catamaran tour. We liked the location of the property as it was close to areas with restaurants and beach clubs. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The downside of the location is the noise. The property is next to a bus station whose PA system can be heard inside the apartment.
