"We enjoyed our stay the hotel was beautiful. The only think they need to work on is their entertainment. Have more things for ppl to do at the pool during the day like games or music. And have better shows and games at night. But on a whole the resort was great"

Nov. 14, 2019I found it a little far from other areas. It's over an hour from Cancun, and about 25 minutes to Playa del Carmen. Unless you are planning to do most of your excursions in the area, I don't recommend staying this far south of Cancun.
