"I purchased a trip for my parents as a Christmas/Anniversary trip. They LOVED this hotel, could not have spoken more highly of the staff, food, amenities, their overall experience was excellent! I’m very happy with how everything turned out, as this was the first time my parents travelled by themselves in many many years. "

"We love Occidental at Xcaret because we love seeing wildlife when we travel. We also love seeing ruins and learning about the early history. The resort is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful and there are plenty of food choices. We are vegan, so enjoy the many vegetables, fruits, beans and grains available. We also loved snorkeling in the circular stone ocean inlet. So many fish, corals, anemones in a protected area."

"We enjoyed our stay the hotel was beautiful. The only think they need to work on is their entertainment. Have more things for ppl to do at the pool during the day like games or music. And have better shows and games at night. But on a whole the resort was great "
