"Its right across from the Rideau Center with Simons and H&M steps away. It is a busy downtown area so a lot of people struggle around the area. The parking was a nightmare and so stressful. The bed was very comfortable. I didnt like that they didn’t refill the coffee, no creamers in the fridge. "

"This hotel is so amazing! Everyone on staff is friendly, happy and such a pleasure to deal with. If we needed assistance they were genuinely happy to help. The Front Office Supervisor Ge, introduced himself to us early on in our stay and was always around to greet us, ask if we needed anything, etc. Clearly a positive influence on his staff! I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. "

"We had a two bedroom two bathroom suite, with kitchen, bar-counter, couch and table. Quite spacious for the three of us. All was modern and in good working order. Parking is underground."

"I had a pleasant stay at Brookstreet, but I feel there's room for improvement with the in-room entertainment. Upgrading the TVs to allow guests to access their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts would greatly enhance the experience, This addition would definitely make future stays more enjoyable."

"Hit and miss on Service either Front desk or housekeeping, but very professional when dealing with missing to do housekeeping or mischarge for the parking."

"We had a challenge with a late check in even though we called ahead to have the file flagged as a late arrival. The manager and front desk staff did their best to get us a room as soon as possible. There was definitely a break down in communication from the day before and our arrival. The front desk manager did upgrade our room and pushed the hospitality staff to get that room ready for us quickly even though initially the system showed us as a 'no show'. All in all I will be back, hopefully...

"5 star review! This property has it all! Great location (Little Italy!), close to the Tulip Festival, and a bike path right outside the back door. The suite was fully equipped, clean, tastefully decorated (monochromatic), bright, spacious. Underground, controlled entry parking. Great front desk staff- very accommodating. Only two complaints - the bed was very soft/unsupported - perhaps older than the rest of the furniture? - so much so that I felt there were two "body troughs" in the mattress....

"Never stayed at a hotel without traditional "check in" but the arrival package provided prior was perfect and easy enough to follow. The suite was well appointed and had everything we needed and a few extras! Gym was clean and good range of equipment. Pool and Hot Tub are seasonal so be warned if that's what you want. Great stay overall and will come again. "
