"Great Location, Lobby, Workout Facility- Old Rooms"
Location is perfect. Lobby was still a bit under construction but you could tell they were putting the finishing touches on everything and it looked great. The rooms are pretty small and lack a lot of common amenities though like accessible outlets and a mini-fridge. The workout facility is amazing though, probably the best I've ever seen at any hotel I've visited.

"Charming Hotel in Central Location"
The hotel is centrally located with quick access to the subway. The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are very well appointed. The presence of the large Supermarket close by really helped with reducing costs of eating every meal at a restaurant. Overall a very good experience.

"5-Star Hotel in the heart of the Back Bay"
This hotel impressed me from A to Z. I have stayed in a number of the nicer hotels in Boston, and picked the Loews this time because it was hundreds cheaper than my "go-to". The valet was quick to pull up my car in the morning and my room service was not only delivered sooner than expected, but the food was superb - and I'm picky with my food. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern and the staff kind and pleasant. This hotel ranks with the best in Boston and at a highly competitive price. I will absolutely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. They were willing to stop whatever they were doing to take us to whatever we wanted in the hotel, if anything they may have been a little too solicitous.

"Very modern hotel. Very clean."
Very nicely located to Boston tourist activities. Wonderfully helpful staff. Very clean. My only drawback was that the hotel had a pleasant odor that reminded me of cedar chips. This was pleasant at first but got old after awhile.

"Weekend away with a rooftop pool"
Picked the hotel ONLY due to the roof top pool. It was great. More hotels should do this. If not for the pool - I would say the value was NOT there.

"Great property with a friendly&professional staff"
--checked in and was walked to the elevator --went for a jog across the street in Boston Commons and was welcomed by the doorman with a towel and a water --each day room was cleaned beautifully and timely. Draw down service was flawless --shower ranks in my top ten of all time showers --pool and work out area is gorgeous --best burger in town …while expensive it is worth it --TV's were top quality…but did have a little problem with the picture while watching sports --Found a great irish pub behind the hotel(thanks to the doorman) --TJ O'Connors. --When leaving….the staff helped us get our car and pack all of our stuff ---This hotel is worth the premium price!

Great location!!! Can walk to the North end, quincy market, the harbor, Chinatown, etc. Close to the airport...$13+tip cab ride. Staff was fine... not exceptional or bad. The doormen were very nice and helpful! Hotel and room were decorated nicely. Our toilet and closet door were broken. We did not stay in the room much so these things did not bother us. We would definitely stay here again for the location.

"Classic hotel as Boston headquarters"
The Lenox enjoys an excellent location just a few steps from the T's Copley station and Copley Square. Though the views from our rooms (we booked 3) were nothing to rave about, the hotel's interior was imbued with old world elegance. The rooms were comfortable and included modern amenities such as large flat-screened TVs and free wi-fi. While complimentary morning tea and coffee were provided in the lobby, it would have been nice to have had an in-room coffee maker. The staff was wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed to have our best interests in mind. What a welcome change that they also seemed to enjoy their work! We were given the wrong keys to one of our rooms initially, but this was quickly remedied and the front desk was very pleasant. We enjoyed two breakfasts at City Table and were particularly impressed by one of our waiters who had been with the hotel for many years. Our experience at City Bar was o.k. We enjoyed the atmosphere; but my Tom Collins was off and the bartender was not particularly attentive or friendly. Your experience will depend on your bartender. You can also walk a block to the Oak Room bar at the Fairmont. My son used the fitness room and was pleased with the equipment (including ellipticals) and generous water and towels. The hotel is in the city, so expect some city sounds, including an occasional street musician nearby. I loved being able to walk to nearby Newbury Street with its many restaurants and shops, or hop on the T.
