“Further training required”

This is a new hotel. Our room was large and luxurious, but the small things disappointed. The towels were hard and scratchy. They left us without enough bathroom tissue. The parking is free and underground, but the garage has a very awkward layout. I believe the man at check-in was trying to be efficient, but he was brusk to the point of being almost rude. There was no travel information for the city unless you went down and used a computer in the lobby.
