“Very impressed”

Was really impressed with he cleaniness of both the room and hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Woud definitely stay again !!! The food was good!!!

“Best Ottawa Airport hotel”

I was very happy with this hotel. I have always expected airport hotels to be noisy but was pleasantly surprised to not hear any noise. The rooms were beautifully and functionally appointed. The bed was firm (I like soft) but I slept perfectly the first night (A real pleasant surprise). The linens included a duvet that was extremely comfortable. The desk was a good size to do work and had both wired and wireless connections (a nice feature). The staff were great. They were helpful, courteous, and friendly while not being intrusive. I am trying to find any fault and I cannot. If you need a good hotel near Ottawa airport I would highly recommend this one.

“Best facility in the area”

This is a new facility with all the customary amenities. The restaurant was a bit better than usual and is where I had most of my meals. The only negative in my case was that housekeeping did not service my room the first day; they left a note explaining that they were respecting my "request for privacy"; however, I had not (knowingly) made any such request. (I had not placed a "do not disturb" sign outside the room, etc.) So I don't know the source of the alleged "request for privacy." Also, that evening when I mentioned the situation to the front desk, it was just shrugged off...there was no offer to service the room at that time. There were no other problems and I accepted my experience as being a fluke.

“Great new Hotal”

The rooms were well appointed, great beds, nice pillows. Everything in the hotel is new and clean. Nice hot tub, small pool and a decent weight room. The staff were veru courteous and helpful. Great location to the airport (3 min by car). Highly recomended.

“Another Hilton hit!”

Before leaving my home area for my vacation, I stayed at a Hilton near the airport of my departure. The experience at both Hiltons was like bookends: front desk staff were very courteous, my room was extremely comfortable and clean and both hotels had a restaurant and free airport shuttle. The rooms are outstanding. They include a comfortable lounge chair with ottaman, a wide screen HD TV, office desk and chair, a microwave, refrigerator and most important-- a coffee maker! I don't travel all that often, but when I do, I always, always, choose a Hilton.

“Will stay there again”

I wanted to be close to the Airport and with a shuttle service as was flying out at 7 a.m. Also it was easy to get to the airport by shuttle and then take a city bus to explore the Parliament hill area. Then take the airport shuttle back to the hotel. The food was excellent.

“Wonderful Experience!!”

Hotel was extremely clean - rooms were very tastefully decorated, beds very comfortable with lots of pillows, granite countertops in bathroom, large rooms and again, very clean which is important to myself and my husband. Hotel service was exceptional as well. They provide shuttle service free of charge and the drivers were very nice and professional. We would most definitely stay here again!!

“Great”

The room was huge, everything is clean and good. I just wished that I could open the window, or run the fan only without A/C or heat.
