“MILLION DOLLAR SERVICE”

MY STAY THERE WAS MORE THAN WORTH IT I WAS TREATED VERY ROYALTY. I DIFFENTLY WILL BE BACK WITH MY WIFE NEXT SUMMER AND STAY A WEEK THERE

“It's the little things that count.”

Everything was wonderful - EXCEPT it was impossible to get a cup of coffee in the morning unless we purchased the Continental Breakfast for $19.00 per person. This was a disappointing end to a lovely stay.

“The Laurier Experience”

waited a long time to get there, it was really worth it; very clean, excellent staff, excellent location

“great location, wired room”

No other hotel has such great location, just beside parliament hill and Ottawa river. It’s neighbor to many museums and galleries, and located at the beginning of Rideau Canal. (5 star). The hotel room is kind of wired, since it’s large and very tall, but with small bathroom. (3 star for bathroom, 4 star for large room) The 2 rooms I ordered at the same price, but one room has regular bed, another one using sofa bed. And also the room looks not such clean.(3 star). Generally, it’s 3.5 - 4 star from my point of view.

“A beautiful example of Canadian history”

Even though this hotel is old it has a lot of charm. The only disappointment was the sauna spa was down for repair. The location is fabulous and there are so many places within walking distance.

Everything was super except the bathroom. It was TINY.

There are so many places to visit. We liked the Air Museum, the river boat sigt seeing trip, the parliament buildings tour and the ByWard Market.
