Suites all provide 42-inch LCD TVs with cable service, pay movies, and TV Internet access (surcharge). Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Daily housekeeping is available.

“I have recommended this hotel to friends and relatives. Would definately stay here again.”
The suites were spacious and very well laid out. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We found all the staff, desk clerks, room service and manager to be extremely friendly and professional. The location of this hotel was excellent for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Nearly everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.

Besides the age of the fold out couch and that it "sank in" abit, thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Les Suites and would stay there again :-)

A convenient location near the market, with the in-room kitchenette facilities to enjoy all market purchases.

Not very often hotels are as the pictures, but this hotel was just that. The accommadations were most satisfing, with an abundance of space and amenities. The parking lot could be a challenge if your vehicle is over size. The location is great and there is plenty to do; make sure you have time to enjoy the stay. Next booking will be two bedrooms. Great stay.

Great location confort and service

Unbeatable location next to Byward Market, Rideau Centre, and Parliament Hill. The staff are friendly and the public areas/rooms are clean. Yes, the decor is a bit dated, but our 2 bedroom suite was reasonably priced and just what a family with two teenage girls needed. There is a full service grocery store two blocks away, which enables one to not have to eat out at every meal. The kitchen was well enough equipped to put on a simple meal without any trouble or extra expense. The washer/dryer enables you to pack light and/or leave with clean clothes.

Great location downtown, the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was excellent and well cared for. Will definitely stay there when i travel to Ottawa again.
“Great hotel”
We chose this hotel due to their pet policy. Our Irish Setter was very comfortable in the suite. She even had space to play with her toys. The suite was very large,well equipped and clean. The location is fantastic, right next to the market and Rideau Center. We were initially given a smoking room unrenovated that was even bigger. Although it wasn't renovated, it was a huge suite. We asked to be changed to a non-smoking and we were moved to a fully renovated suite. A minor inconvenience that can happen anywhere. The hotel appologized for the error and all was great. We expect to stay there again.
“100% satisfied with everything”
We have stayed in several hotels in Ottawa over the y ears and this hotel is our favourite. We had a spacious suite, well appointed and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and the kitchen was well equiped, the two bathrooms were perfect for the five of us.
