“Our trip to Rideau Canal”
The hotel was very comfortable. Was within walking distance to all Winterlude activites which is what we went for. There was a SNO bus which was free to ride to take you to Snowflake Park. There was never a shortage of things to do. The only draw back was the extra 25.00 per day for parking. But there was no where to park, so it would be nice if that was included in your package price. All and all we enjoyed our stay and would definetly return.

The staff at the Sheraton were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were also very nice. I didn't eat there as we ate out every night.Byward Market, Parliament and Rideau Center are all close by. Parking was pricey though at 25 per night. The pool was good and the fitness center had modern cardio equipment.

Thought this place was great. Only complaint was that the room was a little warm, but most folks like that! Will definitely go back again.

Extremely quick check in and check-out service. Valet parking is worth every penny. Hotel nice and close to everything. Had a great stay.

THe only real complaint is that the lobby is terribly cold. We were really close to all the events, the ice sculptures were magnificent and just around the corner. The staff were extremely helpful and overall a really good stay.
