I want to start by saying that the staff was amazing. However, the property was not what I was expecting. For an all-inclusive resort, I was surprised that Wi-Fi was not included as one of the amenities. The free Wi-Fi is limited to only two devices, which can be a problem if you're traveling with kids because you have to decide who gets access. Once you register a device, it cannot be changed. Additional Wi-Fi costs $33 for three days per device. If you have two kids with two phones, two tablets, and a work phone, the cost adds up quickly. To make matters worse, regular cellular data does not work throughout most of the property and is only available in the lobby. The pool tiles are broken, and my son got a pretty bad cut on his big toe. It was bleeding a lot. They took him to the resort clinic, and at first they wanted to charge us for the treatment, but later they waived the fee. As compensation, they gave us free Wi-Fi for two additional phones. The air conditioning in our room was another issue. The lowest temperature it would reach was 23°C (73°F). They tried to fix it twice, but neither attempt solved the problem. For most of the restaurants on the property, you have to make reservations. Only two restaurants do not require reservations, so be sure to plan ahead because they fill up quickly. It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful beach and nice, warm pools. The room was great and had an amazing ocean view. Staff was nice and courteous. However, I was very displeased with 2 things: 1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came. When we complained about it to a front office employee, the only answer we got was that we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door which was not true as we removed it purposely when leaving the room. When you pay that much for a resort of that caliber....you expect better cleaning service! 2) The other extremely annoying thing is that they called us at 8am for 2 mornings in a row! Once to ask us if we liked the room and the other to change our spa time. When you are on vacation and you are woken up so early ....it is not acceptable!

Four seasons always deliver a great experience, the only thing they where no able to provide was a late check out during our stay! Punta mita is a great location!

The only place to eat was the buffet and the food was not good. All the other restaurants were booked the whole week. The only place to get out of the heat was your room.
