Horrible lugar las habitaciones de lo más sucio cucarachas insectos y la playa está llena de zargaso con un olor horroroso que entra alas habitaciones fue como una pesadilla pasar una noche allí el inodoro se tapó al primer uso tuvimos que salir de ese lugar ala mañana siguiente nada es igual a las fotos que están en el anuncio de ese horrible lugar

The rooms smell like mold, and there is rust everywhere—in the shower, sink, and even on the floors. You can clearly see mold growing on the walls inside the shower. There is also no air conditioning in many areas of the hotel, including the lobby and the bathroom in our room. To make matters worse, there was construction going on at the pool for three days. The noise was extremely loud, making it impossible to relax by the pool or even sit comfortably in our room without constantly hearing the construction. The staff were very unpleasant and often became irritated whenever we expressed concerns or simply asked for something, even something as basic as a straw for a cocktail. Out of all the staff members we encountered, only one person working at the pool was genuinely nice and helpful. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience for me and my family. We definitely will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
