Large and open at over 2000-sq ft. and offering multiple gathering spaces, this home is perfect for a larger group or a group with younger travelers. Each room feels spacious and grand for ultimate comfort and the perfect night's rest after hiking or exploring the high desert.

With the primary bedroom having the en-suite bathroom the other guests have the hallway bathroom available to share. The open sitting, kitchen and dining space bring in an abundance of natural light to brighten up your space. But light is not in short supply with every room truly getting uninterrupted sunshine throughout the day.

Enjoy some local culture and artistry as the home is decorated with work by local artists. The house has more than 40 guidebooks to local trails, activities, and flora and fauna. Board games, puzzles, and cornhole will keep you entertained.

The front yard is planted with diverse desert plans, including a “pollination station” that attracts local fauna. Venture out to the backyard where you will find a large built-in charcoal grill, an outdoor seating area, a picnic table for dining alfresco, a wooden swing and a kid's play area complete with slide. The two detached garages behind the home also belong to the homeowner and add privacy to the backyard. The smaller of the garages is available for guest use as a studio space.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-7am

-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson in advance of your arrival.
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
