I think at that price point, the least that could be provided is 2 bottles of water. Charging for the water seems very nickel and dimey for a resort of this caliber.

It’s a nice property but the rooms could really use a renovation. It could also use some security as a bike got stolen off our patio and nobody seemed concerned. But the staff, particularly, Isabelle at check in was fabulous. And the amenities were good. My nephew had a wedding and it was a nice grounds for that. Food was excellent at the restaurant and so was the coffee shop.

A great location central to most of San Diego, right on Mission Bay. Exceptional staff going above and beyond. Great on-site restaurant, spa, pool, and adjacent to walking, biking, and running paths.

Expensive for what you get. 3 floor building with no elevator means carrying packages, kids, etc. up stairs. Had to call maintenance 2 times to fix the toilet. Coffee maker and coffee was awful. Slanted ramps walking into building with no railings makes it hard for older people. Would never stay there again!

No microwave in the room. Of course they will bring you one for $20. Carpet was dirty and smelled bad in the hallways. Outdoor furniture was filthy. WiFi was pretty crappy. Location was convenient, rooms were large. Beds were fairly comfortable. Charged over $300 after checkout (booked everything through expedia and prepaid) with no receipt. Nightly live music was nice. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
