AVOID!!! I have filed a complaint with the Health Department over the cleanliness of this room/property. We were given a horrible room with an overpowering mold smell which made us sick. I booked an allegedly "premium" room at this hotel, but was placed in a smelly, filthy, worn-out room with a sticky floor and foul odor. I was traveling with my mother who is disabled and uses a service dog, so I assume we were given a subpar room because of this, which would be a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. To be fair, Rebecca in management tried to assist by sending air freshener, but perfume doesn't kill mold. We should've been offered another room. Actually, in retrospect, I should've checked out immediately, but we were running late for a dinner reservation. The bottom line is: this hotel looks NOTHING like the photos on this or their website, to the point it's fraud. They have no business putting people in moldy rooms. On top of that, someone's dog was barking ALL night. What a dump. What a joke. This property is disgusting. As I type this coughing, I completely regret ever booking here. Do your research!

This resort is beautiful and in an amazing location. Pros: Gorgeous grounds and landscaping Adults only pool Well maintained property and rooms Great location We arrived early from our flight and were allowed to check in early without any problems at all. Staff is helpful and friendly Cons: Very family oriented, which is great, but there are a lot of children at the resort. The outdoor restaurant service was very poor, food was not great and it is overrun with birds. Fees for everything! Resort fee was $44/day. Parking is over $20. Restaurant very expensive and the added fees for room delivery were exorbitant. In-room amenities were few: no bar soap, only bottles in the shower. Only decaf coffee in our room. No drinking glasses, no property information. Gift shop very expensive (3oz sunscreen $22. 1 package of gummy bears $6) and unless you have a vehicle, there isn't anything nearby to walk to if you have forgotten an item or need a snack. Overall I would definitely stay there again. The beautiful grounds, friendly staff and setting won me over, in spite of a few drawbacks.

The walls between units are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors snoring all night, and talking at normal volume, as if they were in the same room with us.

I had an incredibly unpleasant encounter with Lorre at the front desk on Saturday, May 27th. My daughter had signed up for the "Corn hole" tournament, and according to the email reservation from Paradise Point, the event was scheduled to take place at 11:00 am on the Sunset Terrace. When we arrived at the location, there was nobody there. Feeling frustrated, we returned to the front desk and approached Lorre to inquire about the event. To my disbelief, she replied, and I'm not kidding, that they were not hosting any such event. I showed her the email as evidence and asked if someone else was using their website, logo, and location. Lorre insisted that it had nothing to do with them. I expressed my disappointment, mentioning that I had come to the hotel to relax and her unhelpfulness was not contributing positively.
