Very clean, and very close to Disney shuttles. Breakfast in the mornings were an extra bonus, and the convenience of coming back and forth from the parks on a whim without worrying about walking back and forth was awesome. The rooms were really clean, they were very accommodating to special requests, and the size of the suites were perfect!

I had a bad experience because of the Microsoft issue. The receptionist was nice enough to relocate us to a different hotel due to their systems being down but that was not what I originally had paid for, the room was smaller with one bed instead of a suite with 2 beds and by the time we got to our room with my children it was 4am.

Nothing works in this hotel! They refunded over 4 different guest in front of us but if you book through a 3rd party there’s nothing they can do for you. We had to walk all the way up to the 8th floor because the elevators weren’t working! Please do not boomhere.

They did not clean our room even though I ensured the tag was not on the door. The bathroom toilet and tub did not work. When we called the front desk to get assistance they were not helpful and rude. That is after calling the front desk multiple times to get someone to answer. The elevators did not work more than 1/2 the time and we were on the 7th floor out of 14! Would not recommend.

The staff here are excellent. They really go out of their way to ensure you have an excellent stay. For example, twice we needed extra towels and they ensured that we received them. Also, the front desk staff are great at making sure they meet all your needs to make your stay a good one. Our family enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. Close to disney, very clean, good staff and great breakfast and reception.

There is major renovation at the hotel. There is a make shift check in desk in a side entrance as the entire lobby is under renovation . They did allow me to check in early which was good but took over 30 minutes due to the line , then they had a glitch in equipment to make keys. The elevators were on and off operational so the lines for elevators was long and people were carrying ice chests , luggage down the stairs . We were on the 8th floor and took stairs. The room was nice but otherwise not great .
