Nous avions une chambre orientée Nord (et cependant très lumineuse) au 18ème étage avec une vue dégagée sur Manhattan. La vraie richesse de cet hôtel réside cependant dans la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de son personnel. Les doormen, réceptionnistes et plus encore le personnel house-keeping ont été parfaits, multipliants les attentions.
