Nous avions une chambre orientée Nord (et cependant très lumineuse) au 18ème étage avec une vue dégagée sur Manhattan. La vraie richesse de cet hôtel réside cependant dans la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de son personnel. Les doormen, réceptionnistes et plus encore le personnel house-keeping ont été parfaits, multipliants les attentions. L’hôtel est idéalement situé juste en face de l’intersection légendaire de Canal Street et Bowery, rendue célèbre par la chanson « Ho Hey » des Lumineers. Il est aussi pile en face d’un arrêt de bus, ce qui rend les déplacements très pratiques. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et professionnel malgré le retard pour le nettoyage de la chambre. On a eu une enveloppe avec 1 coupon pour la famille chaque jour jusqu’à 100$ au-delà il faut payer le supplément. Au fur et à mesure que vous passez la commande, le prix s’affiche sur la caisse du chef. C’était bien bon !" Je viens souvent et On trouve mieux à NY !
