The room did not match the description. I booked a two bedroom family suite and received a studio room with two beds. I complained and the manager told me two bedrooms meant a two bed room. Absolutely unacceptable.

We don't want to justify it because more than thousand guests have stayed in this room, and no one has the confusion except you so we hope that you will learn how to reserve the room. Best of luck.

Phone was disabled. The beds were uncomfortable and hard with a metal frame that would make noise when we moved. Microwave didn’t heat food or was able to make our popcorn. Cleanliness was poor. Staff were nice and helpful.

Easy after hours check in process with very helpful and pleasant front desk person. Very clean room. Excellent value for a basic room close to Monterey and Laguna Seca Raceway. Will definitely stay here again for quick trips where I plan on spending days doing other activities. Perfect motel, not a resort.

There was nothing that I have to complain about with this hotel,actually it's the cheapest one all around and it's worth so much more!! Theses rooms are nice,clean,I would like to thank everyone who works there for letting us and our two service animals stay,my husband and myself got stuck there for a couple of weeks ,and I'm sure we weren't the best of guests we are and we're goin through a rough patch toughest one I ever been through but the people here never once said we couldn't stay,so I would just like to thank the manager and everyone else Thank You!! It meant alot to us,I would recommend if you are passing through to stop in and stay,my favorite room is 101 really 🙂

If saving money is a top priority I would definitely stay here. It’s clean and has some quiet rooms tucked away from road. It is also close to any place you might need. The service is minimal and you may hear some weird people outside late at night… still a good deal though.

The hotel was actually a motel and that kind of scared us. We thought too that the area was a bit skechy at first but we were tolad about ther security system as well as a guard who monitored the parking/hotel at night. We felt a lot better about that. The staff accomodated our request to stay ground floor level since we had so many bags and we had 2 elderly people with us. The family room was huge, with 3 beds. The 3rd bed was in its own separate room. The coffee they had was starbucks and they had a fridge as well as microwave. The room was newly updated, nicely decorated and above all, clean. It was so much more than we expected at the price we paid. We loved it so much that we told our friend who also booked there the day after so we could all stay together. Definitely a great stay.

The worst hotel I ever stayed. I should get a refund or 1/2 of my money back. My room wasn't cleaned when I returned after my whale watching tour. I went to the front desk and asked why my room wasn't cleaned, only to be told housekeeping is gone The room was #110 the very back room of the hotel. Six feet from my window was a homeless tent camp, there was a wire fence, but they talked loud all night long from about 1 in the morning to 4:30. I felt very unsafe. I told this to the front desk and was told to call the police. They guy at the desk told his worker to give me some clean towels. I wanted to be moved to a clean room away from the loud homeless people away from very back of the hotel, but that didn't happen. Missing from the ad, was NO Mircowave in the room. And NO contintal breakfast. My review is a ZERO on a 1 to 10 scale

Our stay at the lodge was comfortable and convenient, with easy commuting options. The affordable pricing was a definite plus, making our experience enjoyable. However, we noticed that the bathroom floor lacked a doormat or carpet, which would have been helpful to avoid the cold surface. Despite this minor detail, we had a pleasant overall stay.

The Hotel Host was very friendly and greeting me within a few seconds of entering the front office. However, the room was much less than I had expected. I felt a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the floor and sink area.
