DETAILS
-We have a two bedroom home, in the style of Murphy beds for optimal living and space!

- Yoga Studio w/mats

-Our home gym system includes a peloton bike, an assortment of gym items, but our star piece is the world renowned Tonal Gym home system offering a luxury, and advanced gym experience

-We wanted to provide a unique TV time experience so we set up a projector system for your streaming needs! Our massage chair takes this relaxing moment to the next level!

-A brisk summer night, or a cold winter day is no match for being next to the fire with our outdoor fire pit

-For the days you arnt exploring Pioneertown and Joshua Tree, we have a fantastic lounging deck with a cowboy tub and hot tub!

-We are a mere 2 minute drive from the world famous wedding destination, Rim Rock Ranch.

-=HOUSE RULES & CONSIDERATIONS=-

COWBOY POOL & HOT TUB WAIVER
IN CONSIDERATION OF my desire to participate in SOAKING IN the HOT TUB and/or COWBOY POOL (hereinafter the “Activity”); and being given the right to participate in same; I HEREBY, for myself, personal representatives, executors, administrators, assigns, guests, children, heirs, and next of kin, (hereinafter collectively, “Releasor,” “I” or “me”, which terms shall also include Releasor’s parents or guardian if Releasor is under 18 years of age), knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Activity; and I HEREBY release and forever discharge the home owners, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively “Releasees”), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a result, direct or indirect, of my participation in the Activity.

GYM WAIVER
I acknowledge that there is home gym equipment, including a Peloton Bike+ and TONAL universal resistance training machine, located at 2525 Powder Horn Pass ( the“Home Gym”).  I recognize that utilizing the Home Gym equipment may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability, injury or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in any exercise program and/or use of the Home Gym. I acknowledge that my use of the Home Gym is purely voluntary.  In the event that any damage to the Home Gym occurs as a result of my or my family’s, guests, or agents actions, whether intentional, reckless, negligent or accidental, I acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any such actions.


◐ Pet Policy - Dogs are allowed with $195 pet fee per stay (max of 2)
-We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

◦ THINGS TO NOTE:
Fenced yard: Not fully fenced
Outdoor Surveillance: We do have a camera in the garage in two places, front door, front patio and side patio.
Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads, not capable of low riding cars
Cell phone coverage: NO cellphone coverage

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.



◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour
◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
