10/10 Excellent
"Location is fantastic! I was traveling solo for a week, and my room was perfect for me. It has everything I need, and I can get around easily. Staff was friendly and accommodating from front desk to the cleaning crew. I would come back to stay here again, when if come back alone or with family."
"I stayed here during a quick work trip to NYC, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was welcoming, the location was perfect, and the room was spotless. I’d definitely return—thanks for the great stay."
"Located in a perfect area. Walking distance from Penn station and subway station. Many dining and shopping options near by. The hotel also has a cozy rooftop bar with amazing views of NYC."
"Overall a great experience. We arrived at 4:50 (checkin is at 4pm) and our room wasnt ready. Slightly annoying but they were quick to help us check our bags while we went for dinner. The room was surprisingly quiet and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is parking. No onsite. They recommend a parking garage, but no discount. So overnight parking was $70, which is rough. Still, really great experience and would absolutely stay again."
