"Positives: The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Negatives: Unfortunately, my experience had a few issues. I didn’t receive the suite I had booked for the first night and had to switch rooms the next day, which was quite inconvenient. The bathroom also had a persistent unpleasant smell during my stay. Additionally, I noticed that the room charges were higher than my original booking price. While the staff corrected it after I raised the concern, it’s not ideal—especially for guests who opt for express checkout and may not notice the discrepancy."

"Really friendly staff and loved how comfortable my bed was. Beautiful view of the navy pier and a really nice bathroom with a tub and shower. Only complaint MIGHT be (nitpicking) the location being outside the downtown area instead of being central. But it was fairly quiet and still an enjoyable stay."

"This hotel was nice and priced appropriately... after my stay they charged a bunch of random stuff to my card. One was a "destination fee" ( I already paid this through hotels.com) that they said I was notified about but it wasn't stated anywhere."
