Great location and kind staff. However, the carpets, windows and the rooms could do with a bit of cleaning and upgrade. Cheap and tardy could become good value for money with a bit of cleanup

1 night in May 2023. It's a 2-of-5 star hotel, so those complaining about it should keep in mind what property they booked. It's a Travelodge, equivalent to a Motel 6 or similar: old, dated, in need of refurbishment, and with limited amenities. Checkin was easy and staff was great. Air conditioning was loud, room and linens were clean, and bed was reasonably comfortable. Fine for a night, particularly at $88 before taxes, but I wouldn't book it for a multi-night stay, since 3 star hotels are only $125/night.

Plane delay so at 1am, when I arrive I have no room. Extremely frustrated, very little help….. will never go to a Quality inn again. Will be expecting a full refund, plus extra for extra fees at new hotel. Will be reviewing poorly on yelp as well

Located close to the Red Line CTA Train and lots of eating places close-by, though the graffitis and dumpsters outside make me queezy! The reception was the most horrible I've ever experienced. Nobody greeted me with a smile. A woman was helping someone else and a guy was doing his thing. It felt like he was barely interested in checking me in, much less receiving me or greeting me with a smile. Saturday I checked in, bed frame was bent. I informed front desk who sent an employee up to confirm, but due to the busy weekend, they were sold out and we had to make due until tomorrow to change rooms. We changed rooms Sunday only to have no hot water, but no water pressure from the shower head. Me and me partner casket and got no answer which means we have to deal with it. Then our key cards kept deactivating when we tried to enter the room which mean we have to not only active them, but try to track roommates to get a new one or activate they currently have. I stayed last year with no issues. Not sure what changed for this year.
