I didn’t stay on property because I was followed to my room, and then on top of that there was a wasp nest INSIDE the room. The room also did not match the advertisement or what I paid for AT ALL. I would like my money back immediately. I’ve been a customer with Expedia forever but I’ll gladly leave if this isn’t rectified.

My only complaint is that the rooms are old and the only place to plug in a phone or computer is the bathroom(unless you physically move the unit next to the bed where the lamp is plugged in) What I loved was what some people won't...a physical A/C unit. I wish more hotels had this because with a real unit OFF is OFF as opposed to most hotels that have a panel on the wall that only makes you think you are controlling it but you aren't and off still means ON and always too cold! Maybe if rooms are upgraded(to the high level of UK Travelodges) upgrade a physical A/C to make everyone happy

It's a convenient location for transportation. They have a "no cash" policy, therefore I had a significant struggle getting them to accept my cash payment. The building is obviously an older one in the city, however they took great effort to upgrade building materials and living conditions (TV, air conditioner, kitchenette, business desk). Together with good cleanliness and friendly staff, this option is very decent offering incredible value.

Great location for the price. Old and dated but clean. Small annoyances were only 2 towels for a family of 4, empty shower gel, only one coffee, one decaf in the room. Housekeeping really could fix these with very little effort.

If you're particularly fussy, I would advise against staying here. The place is quite old, and its age can sometimes give the impression of being unclean. However, it's essential to remember that it's simply a result of its age. Unfortunately, I did notice some blood stains on the bed and other types of stains on the carpet. Despite this, the location is excellent, and I couldn't find any alternative options within the same price range. On a positive note, the staff is incredibly helpful and courteous.
