The room was extremely small, poorly furnished, and dingy and dark (the only small window in the room faced another old building 20 feet away, so there was no light). The walls were thin so every time someone in our hallway opened or closed their door we could hear it. We were extremely disappointed with our accommodations. It was undoubtedly the worst hotel we have stayed in in Chicago. You can get a much nicer hotel in Chicago for the same price. The staff on the other hand, was friendly, and accommodating. The other plus was the hotel was conveniently located with regards to shopping and restaurants.

I stay here very OFTEN and was not asked about an upgrade or offered any benefit and I paid double for the same room I usually book. I believe they do not recognize a loyal guest because I book on Expedia and not on their website.

Loved everything about the hotel staff was amazing very helpful. Wish the would have a microwave in the room and had trouble with the discount on our parking m. Otherwise everything was great!!

Location was great. Hotel room was nice. Front desk morning staff definitely needs to improve on their customer service. When you asked them for towels and soap, they gave the stare of death. They were talking in the office and no one wanted to move to help me. Hopefully, leadership will read this post so they can train their front desk staff.

The area was kind of seedy and I did not feel safe at night, there is a bar in the hotel lobby and it is really loud. The beds were comfortable but the decor is kind of out there, there was a mannequin on a trapeze outside our window, which was very creepy. They had a speaker but they did not have a coffee maker and I had to go to the bakery to get a coffee. I would probably not stay here again but the price was decent and there were not a lot of hidden charges.
