10/10 Excellent
"One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment I pulled up for Valet parking, I felt very welcomed and staff were so helpful. You enter the building and the delightful aroma and all the plants had me feeling instantly relaxed. The room was incredibly nice, with the softest bed and warm furnishings mixed with the natural timber located as features throughout the room, it didn’t feel like a hotel at all. Plus the best blackout curtains ensuring you have the most peaceful sleep. There is even a filtered tap in the room to keep you hydrated. Plus a yoga mat and a foam roller to look after your wellbeing. Couldn’t recommend it enough."

"If car parking is essential, this hotel is the only one you want to stay. Forget the rest in Melbourne CBD. For those parking is not essential, I would suggest look for others especially for ladies. I don’t understand why there is no power point next to mirror for hair dryer or straightener. When there is only one mirror in the room. “If this is not important to you, this hotel is good”"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Langham on the 7th of August while celebrating my wife’s birthday. Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful hotel to the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and obliging with every request we had. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail made our experience truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire Langham team for helping make my wife’s birthday so special. We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating this special occasion with all of you and creating such wonderful memories. We can’t wait to return. Thank you again, and see you soon!"

Rydges Melbourne

Rydges Melbourne

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at the Executive Suite on the ninth floor. The room was roomy and comfortable. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated. We paid a similar amount to what 5-star hotels were quoting for their entry-level rooms in Melbourne CBD at the same period, so it was excellent value. If I need to pick on something, it would be very minor things: one of the two couches in the sitting room was not comfortable for longer sitting, and the shower (in the oversize, functional bathroom) could do with a shelf for a toothbrush or a soap. Minor issues indeed. We will stay there again."
