customer service was good, staff very obliging and helpful. Bathroom door needed some WD40 to stop the loud creaking noise when opening & closing - disturbing in the night. We booked family room and I had thought I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Yes we had 2 rooms but I thought they were within the one apartment, maybe I misunderstood the description. I definitely would consider staying with you again, we did enjoy our stay. Thank you

The hotel is situated in a quiet side street and very close to Her Majesty's and many eateries. Our room was spacious and clean, and the pillows were very comfy. Friendly and efficient staff made check-in and check-out easy and fast.
