This is a cross between a problem with expedia and the hotel. Expedia charged me 80 dollars extra for buffet breakfast for 2. The whole experience of paying 505 dollars for a night that i was atleast expecting to be a bit better than average it was average if not below average. My annoyance comes from complaining about the buffet breakfast to being told you booked thru expedia contact them. We charge 21 dollars for buffet breakfast if it is booked before 10pm the night you check in. The room had a one man standing balcony that had water dripping from the room above. Holes in the wall with cable sticking out. So my annoyance is with both the hotel and expedia for ripping me off!!

Hotel was really close to everything making it super convenient. Room was nice also. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but was nice to have the option there. Buffet breakfast was also good quality, and not a bad price once we recieved the discount voucher they give you daily for the breakfast. Only complaints is room quite dark as no light can get in (minor issue), would have been nice to be informed of the construction/renovations that were happening upstairs as that provided a few headaches. Also while housekeeping DID come in when I put the sign up to do so, all they did was sheets/towels, they didn’t resupply the bathroom or tea/coffee and didn’t provide clean cups/glasses so for the last half of stay had no tea/coffee/milk but was glad as no clean cups and toiletries only just made it through as had to use the tiniest drop of shampoo etc. I would stay here again but would be bringing my own supplies in future to prevent the issue of running out if staying more than a couple days

Location was only a short walk to Bourke Street Mall. Great eateries near by. Recommend China Bar in either Russell or Swanston St. Really nice food. Hotel was clean, bed & pillows comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful. Location was great - walk down the hill (Exhibition St) to get the free shuttle to Chadstone Shopping Centre. Nice hotel and would stay there again

The Location is ideal for us, walking distance to everything we enjoy in the city.The room wasn't large, but that is not a negative to us, as it was very clean, and the bed comfortable.We love the outdoor pool,buffet breakfast and the reception staff were just lovely and helpful.We will be back on our next city break.Also the parking staff next door were very obliging .
