There is no receptionist there, my check in took over an hour, 1h just to wait for someone to come to that location. After flying 22 hours, waiting another hour for a receptionist to show up is definitely not a nice experience. The staff issue continued when i decided to do some hand washing and i asked for more soap. Took them 2 days to send me one. So yea, it's a nice place to go if you dont need anything from them and you have the time to wait for a long check in. That's why i give them 3 stars instead of 0, for the apartment itself, for the service 0 stars, disappointing.
