And shower was good. Only concern for me was that the reverse cycle air conditioner was pretty useless at heating, ..."

Edge of town but still awesome location
"The building seems to be shared amongst longer term rentals and apartment hotel. So it is busy and active but did not disturb. Furnishing is simple and clean. Beds very comfy. The location is amazing being a short walk from Queen Victoria Market, near a two tram stops heading east/west and north/south and across the road from Flagstaff station on the underground. You can see Docklands and it is a short tram ride, the MCG is 3 train stations from Flagstaff and 2 train stations from national gallery of Victoria. it is inside the Melbourne free tram zone so city commutes in rain, sun, freezing or boiling weather (it’s Melbourne this could the the same day) are easy to get too. Great place to get together with friends and explore Melbourne "

"My room was beautiful, roomy, and had an amazing view.
All staff were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Loved the sleek, inviting lobby and enjoyed my takeaway coffee every morning.
TV in my room had some small problems with proper reception on the free to air channels. "
