"luxurious hotel CBD, great views and location"
We really enjoyed the hotel lobby and room. We never ate at the restaurant because there was so much choice right outside the door along the river. The pool and hot tub were nice. Our only criticism would be the inattentive fitness area/pool staff: sometimes we signed in, sometimes not, they seemed not really interested. They didn't always greet you as you were coming and going. The sauna was not always very hot. Even after I asked the girl at the desk to adjust the temperature, it was not hot. For such a luxurious 5 star hotel I expected much better.

"Beautiful hotel"
I've wanted to stay at the Grand Hyatt for awhile, and I wasn't disappointed. Room was lovely and service was fabulous. I ate a few meals in the Collins Kitchen, which was also excellent, my only complaint being that there isn't a huge range of vegetarian options. I'll definitely be back.

"Have-Nothing-to-Complain Hotel"
My booking with "Superior Room" is an awesome one. My room was facing the Spring Street, right behind the staircase and in the middle of the building so it was extra quiet and the view is a nice one facing the parliament. The air-conditioning machine (YES it's a dated machine and looks old) made a little noise at night but it should be fine if you don't need it to work out -10'C for you. Location - good location to most tourist spots. trust me you don't need to live that near the railway station. I tried the afternoon tea here with friends, who had some food allergy, and the staff took it seriously. The sparkling wine is very fine, adding an extra pleasure to the happy time. The scones are of traditional taste. SHAME that they don't do take-away for the scones since we were 30 minutes late and cannot finish the whole set on time. If you like afternoon tea, make sure you arrive there right on time so that you can finish the whole set. Overall, a hotel that you have nothing to complain with, and that you hope that it will run forever.

"5 star luxury in a quiet end of town :)"
Recently stayed at the Park Hyatt with my sister. I'm a light sleeper so was thrilled that the room was peaceful and I got a good nights sleep! The rooms were spotless and clean and staff were lovely. The location of the hotel is past the Paris end of town, but easy walk into the city centre and Carlton and Fitzroy. Will definitely be back.

"Comfortable hotel in excellent location"
Lovely clean room with comfortable bed. Staff were really nice and no request was too much trouble. They even charged our ipad and looked after our bags so we could go out until it was time to leave for the airport after we had checked out. Location was excellent, walking distance to everywhere including Ethihad Stadium and tram stopped straight outside. Bourke St shopping mall only 100 metres away. Would stay here again.
