It's located near free tram stop and walkable to southern part of CBD, like exhibition centre, south bank area. Staffs at reception were all friendly and efficient. The building is a bit outdated, especially the shower/bathroom tub. Better cleaness requires for bedding sheets and pillow cases. Some awkward smell on pillow and wardrobe.

The rooms were great for an extended stay. Lots of room. The rooms were clean, but the house keeping was inconsistent, but good enough. It was close to the train station and there was a tram stop right near the front door. The metro track was close and was loud when you had your patio door open, or even during the night. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asked for something.

Great overall. Thank you. Would definitely stay again. Very comfortable. Great location. Complaints: Microwave had no power so had to use old school (saucepan, and one only supplied). Dishwasher detergent clip broken. Therefore not effective. Had to re-wash. No one in reception at check out at 5:30am being informed it was staffed 24 hrs. Had to hope everything was okay to just leave room keys.

Great location near southern cross station close to trams and easy walking distance to crown and Southbank. Apartments fully functional and have everything needed for self catering. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location close to flinders st and southern cross stations, walking distance to Southbank. South Melbourne, Federation Square and Bourke St Mall. Some outside noise from being so close to the trains but that didn’t bother me, it’s just the buzz of the city
