Very well situated, walking distance from DFO, the Crown casino and lots of food outlets. Staffs especially the concierge were very polite and helpful. The room was a let down though, the bathroom was mouldy and dirty, the toilet wasn’t cleaned on daily room service, tea wasn’t replenished, shower gel dispenser not working and the coffee cups were disgusting. Very average cleaning service which was quite disappointing considering the Covid pandemic. Not value for money.

I loved the upgrade to Yarra suite, the club room/executive lounge. The overall condition of the hotel and location was so good. Loved it. Always very consistent is Pan Pacific venues.
