Great location, easy access to many restaurants, transit, sites and services. Property was clean and well-maintained. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Room needed more kitchen supplies (detergents, cloths, pots, knives), had the basics but could have used a bit more.

Booked a room with two bedrooms. The size of the room was large enough with 3 people. Kitchen and bathroom were old and not clean enough. The bathtub wasn’t separated from rain shower and the shower was too weak. I expected a laundry facility in each room but they were actually coin laundries ($4 for each washing and drying) on the basement floor. Parking was available 24 hours with specific codes. The hotel was nicely located in the very city central but too busy area for drivers.

The location, room size and ease of access to Southern Cross Station, trams, cafes, groceries etc were all excellent. The gym was really functional for a hotel gym, with plenty of equipment to allow 4 or 5 people to get a good workout simultaneously. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
