The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Especially Hugo. He went out of his way to assist us whenever we needed something extra. The room was very clean and the maid service very efficient. We did have to call for sugar packets a few times as these weren't stocked when the room was cleaned but beyond that I would highly recommend staying here. One side note, because the property is close to the metro police station, there were a lot of sirens at all times of the day.

Overall it was a fantastic experience. Only area for improvement, would have been good if housekeeping turned up before 2pm. We went all until 1:30 and then came back to have a rest before leaving for our plans that evening. Just as we went to sleep housekeeping turned up.

Everything about my stay over Christmas was perfect. The staff were amazing and I have nothing bad at all to say. The breakfast was great each morning and the pool is good for a swim on a hot day. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

This is a new hotel and very modern. Rooms were spacious - the only thing was I didn't seem to find any hanging space for clothes. The staff were courteous and helpful. I didn't have breakfast there this time but have had a great breakfast there in the past and the chocolate hour is a bonus along with a fabulous coffee!

This was our second stay, and will come back again. The pool area is excellent and our room was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good, but maybe a bit standard.
