My wife and I enjoyed our time at Zagame's house. The rooms were well laid out and the bed was comfortable. Location was great within easy walking distance to CBD and Lygon street action. The only issue we had was the room was a bit bright at night with small lights like the thermostat which were unable to be dimmed or turned off. Particularly, the light outside the room illuminating the room number was rather bright and the curtains did not block it out. We much prefer a black out situation when at a hotel and this definitely did not have that feel. The staff were kind and helpful and overall it was a wonderful stay.

The rooms are beautifully appointed and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Comfortable bed. Coffee pod machine in the room was really appreciated. Luxurious double showerhead and bathroom fixtures. All the accessories you could want. Bathrobes to wear while watching a wide screen tv. My only disappointment was no window looking out. Only one looking towards the corridor which had to be kept shaded for privacy.

Stayed at Zagame for 3 nights. Easy walking distance from Melbourne Central/Chinatown. Loads of restaurants further up the road on Lygon Street. My room was very clean. The only downsides was that the room was quite dark even after you turn on all the lights, and the main window in the room was facing the courtyard so I opted to keep the blinds closed during my stay otherwise other guests can see inside the room. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay here, and would look to book another stay here in the future. The air conditioning worked well, there was a big screen TV with Chromecast and free movies, and the bathroom is very spacious and modern. I also made use of the gym on site which was handy.
