"We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. They’re very sincere in their efforts to improve the place and make sure there’s no misunderstandings. Truly, thank you so much for your space. We’d love to come back. :))"

"This place is a mix. Great location. The neighborhood is darling and walkable. We found the on street parking easy to find. Loved the windows in the living room. Loved the window AC and the ceiling fans. The kitchen is lovely and updated but barely stocked. The bathroom and bedroom did not match the quality of the kitchen, and were not updated. But the bed was comfortable. Gave it a 5 for those reasons plus it matched the ad. Biggest negative was it needs a good deep clean. We’d stay here again if the price was good. "
