Great place for the family. Plenty of pools and water areas. Cameron at the kids splash park was friendly and quick to return with drink orders. The 3/2 unit we stayed in was spacious and conveniently located just above the lobby elevator and alfresco market. The unit was equipped with kitchen supplies but no courtesy pods for the keuring, hand soap dispenser in guest bath was empty and short on tp, and only a total of 3 towels sets for a family of 5- we called and requested more with no issues aside from about a little over an hour wait to get them that night.

This is our second visit in 2 years. Last time we stayed in building 2 in 2 bed 2 bath suite. We raved to our friends about how amazing it was, clean and modern. Fast forward to two years later ..... this time we were in building 1 and to be fair building 1 is "tired" and is outdated compaired to 2 and 3. Thankfully after speaking with guest services we were moved to building 3 in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite. The staff made it right so no complaints at all. Tip of the day, if you get building 1 best request a buildng change off the get go.

I like the water park. We stayed on 3105 and it was a perfect spot. The things I didn’t like was that we only got 2 pillows each bed. And not enough toilet paper. It does look a little outdated. But over all we enjoyed our stay.

I felt a little unsafe walking around the lake/grounds since the alligator was out sitting on the grass. The internet and TV service was not working on Tuesday 2/23/24. The water in the lazy river annd jacuzzi was dirty. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the pools.

The property is maintained cleanly. The service was okay, but I had to constantly ask for towels for a party of eight people. The property I stayed in had mold in one of the bathrooms and on a picture that was in the bathroom. I also had torn blankets and not enough blankets for a party of eight people.

Overall nice but expected more. Halls are smelly, doors in the halls are very noisy. Prices in resort are little bit high. Called reception couple of times and was bit able to reach them. Pools are over crowded, not so many sun umbrellas.. For this price, I expected more.

Waiting time at check in long lines even though itcwas late check 9:00pm. Not enough lounge chairs due to overcrowding. No hot water,tvs were not working, waited on phone 20 mins to report this only to have to wait until the morning to again stand on line at front desk to report problem, We had a coffee maker but no complimentary coffee to make, no dish washing lotion to wash glasses we used. Pool towels are kept in room to be returned to room (we had a towel gone missing at pool) so we are responsible for towel. Ordered food at pool bar sat adjacent to bar only to be told we couldn't sit there because we ordered from bar we had to sit in hot area outside bar. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, the lobby area was nice, but overall the water park was underwhelming, overcrowded. Will not be returning.
