Front desk younger male didn’t know how to help with our broken remote control for our television but the young lady that wasn’t even at the desk told my husband, she’d get one to him right away! Other than that, a great stay! Great location for us and very spacious and clean!

This hotel was as close to perfect as you can get! The breakfast blew me away! They had so many hot food options, each day I stayed they had a different kind of quiche and breakfast sandwiches that were so good! The staff was super helpful, check in was quick and easy. They have a parking garage but there is plenty of free parking on the sides streets a few blocks away. This is absolutely the place to stay if you are catching a game at Rate Field, it's literally down the same street! Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Felt very safe walking around at night after the games we went to and some restaurants are open late. Also only a 10 minute walk to the subway station so it made it very convenient to go to the game at Wrigley also! 100 percent book this hotel!!!

Absolutely loved the hotel and it would have been a perfect stay, however, was unable to leave the hotel due to the smoke coming in from the fires in Canada. Everyone I met at the hotel was helpful and friendly. I did ask for an accessible room as I was using an electric wheelchair but the door was very heavy and hard to open by myself. Other than that my room was great. I would definitely stay there again. There was a breakfast but I only grabbed some juice.
