This property needs more updated A/C for the entire place and this whole property needs to be updated. The food was excellent.

The staff at the south tower specially the breakfast and roof top did such a great job food was great also I will recommend for guess to go have dinner at Karuma the extra $45 that is charge was worth it the room was nice and clean all the time

Let me start by saying I’ve stayed here a few times and always have loved it. The rooms are beautiful still the staff is very friendly until something comes up then you can feel tension. I’m not gonna go into full detail about everything but I’ll just say this. You need to understand if you’re staying here. You’re going to hear loud music played at the pool during the weekends very hard to relax in your room with thumping music. Second and the part that made this stay very difficult was the Wi-Fi would drop every 30 to 45 minutes. The TV in the bedroom wouldn’t play anything because it couldn’t get a signal and they tried to make up excuse after excuse saying the rain does that although it didn’t rain the whole time I was there and then I got an email from the owner saying that the Head staff told him it was my phone configuration. It ended up being something we talked about the entire stay, which is a shame because again the place is beautiful.

La propiedad muy bonita , el paisaje hermoso, la atención en las diferentes arias muy bueno Resaltando por excelencia el restaurante italiano al mesero,Cuco y Orlando por su esmerado trabajo, todos los restaurantes deliciosos, excepto el mexicano que no está a la altura de las 5 estrellas , y pienso que debía estar dentro de las mejores, el bocado de cortes de carnes tampoco lo puedo poner dentro de la excelencia , o sea al mexicano le daría 3 de 5 , al bocado 4 de 5 y el resto 5/5 súper deliciosos y exquisitos, la playa podría estar más bonita esa aria , albercas muy buenas y agradecer la colaboración y atención de Jany como concierge y Arianna en el front dest fueron maravillosas , la experiencia fue excelente en general
